1969 Hushan Company was founded in the late 60s of the 20 th century. Hushan Company developed successfully the first frequency shifter in China , filling a technological blank for our country at that time.

1986 Hushan Company was confirmed as the professional development & production base of stereo equipment by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Electronic Industry.

1987 Hushan was restructured for joint venture system, and became one of the first ten enterprises for joint venture system promotion in China . At the beginning of the 1990s, Hushan took advantage of more than 20 years experience in design, development and production, marched into the home stereo field in an all-round way.

1991 Hushan had established nationwide factory-controlled direct selling network, and set up direct subordinate branch companies, business departments, and monopolization shops in every national major cities. A firm commercial network has formed, and it can offer high-quality products and fine services for consumers more conveniently.

1991 Hushan incorporated with Hong Kong Lifa Company and set up Sino-foreign joint venture Mianyang Hushan Electronic Sound Apparatus Co. Ltd. The production of Hushan loudspeaker has stepped into a right path; the production cost of the company has been greatly reduced; the quality of the audio amplifier has been improved. The capability of providing auxiliary items of the products and market competition has been further strengthened.

1996 Hushan acquired the official authorization from Dolby to use its technique. The CNC pressure-filming equipment was introduced form Italy . The Company was approved to set up a technical development center of provincial level.

1997 Hushan Company was awarded the title of "Top 10 Sichuan Provincial Electro-communication Device Manufacturers for the Best Benefit". On June 6th 1998, Hushan stock was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange successfully as "Sichuan Hushan" (The stock code: 000801).

2000 In October, Hushan Company passed ISO9002 international quality system authentication, and on October 27th, Expert Committee of Audio Branch in Sichuan Provincial Acoustics Association was established; Hushan Company was given a recommendation for the Chairman unit.

2000 to 2002 For many times, the products of Hushan Company were chosen by General Political Department, Command of the General Logistics Department, Military Area of Lanzhou and general headquarters of People's Armed Police of Beijing.

2003 Hushan Company passed ISO9001 international quality system authentication in December.

2003 In July, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Group Co., Ltd became the owner of the Hushan, which brought new opportunities for the development of Hushan Company.

2004 In May, Hushan digital home theater system was put on sale ceremoniously, which indicated that Hushan Company has begun another rapid development. Hushan were awarded "A" Certificate and appointed to be "the Director Unit of Association of Performances and Materials".
